Ingredients

  • 4 slices toast wheat light or 8 slices of slightly stale baguette
  • 1 egg
  • 8.45 floz (¼ l) milk
  • 1.76 oz. (50 g) butter
  • cinnamon, sugar

Directions

  1. Mix eggs with milk; let the bread slices soak in it.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet, fry bread slices in the butter until golden brown on both sides.
  3. Serve hot and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mix.
