German Eiersalat without mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 10 – 12 eggs (all sizes)
  • 16.9 floz cream
  • 0.67 floz Melfor Essig
  • 2 pinches of Maggi
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • bund of chive
  • salt to taste

Directions

  1. Boil the eggs to hard-boiled eggs.
  2. Let them cool down.
  3. Cut them in small pieces or slices.
  4. Cut the chive into small rolls.
  5. Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl an mix them.
  6. At last put the eggs in the bowl, mix them with the sauce and let infuse.
