Ingredients
- 4 slices toast wheat light or 8 slices of slightly stale baguette
- 1 egg
- 8.45 floz (¼ l) milk
- 1.76 oz. (50 g) butter
- cinnamon, sugar
Directions
- Mix eggs with milk; let the bread slices soak in it.
- Heat butter in a skillet, fry bread slices in the butter until golden brown on both sides.
- Serve hot and sprinkle with the cinnamon-sugar mix.
