- 10 – 12 eggs (all sizes)
- 16.9 floz cream
- 0.67 floz Melfor Essig
- 2 pinches of Maggi
- 1 pinch of pepper
- bund of chive
- salt to taste
- Boil the eggs to hard-boiled eggs.
- Let them cool down.
- Cut them in small pieces or slices.
- Cut the chive into small rolls.
- Combine all the other ingredients in a bowl an mix them.
- At last put the eggs in the bowl, mix them with the sauce and let infuse.
